Instruction for Speakers

All speakers are requested to contact the presider at least 10 minutes before the start of their session.
Time assigned:

Tutorial Session 60 minutes
Plenary Talk 40 minutes
Invited Talk 25 minutes
Oral Presentation 15 minutes

Please bring your own PC.

Language
The official language for the symposium will be English. It will be used in all materials and during all presentations and discussions.

Reception
A reception will be held on the evening of the last day of the symposium (February 27). Charge for the reception is included in the registration fee.
